If you need any transplants, I don't recommend this place, no communication at all, no coordination and very frustrating train to communicate with the office, no answer leve messages and if you looking they may call you back after 3 or 4 months, suck, mayo clinic in Jacksonville 5 star best
They never get back to you call for weeks
I had the most traumatic medical experiences of my life at this place, and I feel it’s important to share what happened so others are aware. I have autoimmune hepatitis, and my liver is already damaged and extremely sensitive. During my liver biopsy which was performed by Lawrence Thomas Chin, he injected lidocaine but did not wait for it to take effect. Before I was numb, he inserted the needle into my liver. The office consistently fails to return phone calls or texts. The medical care is second to none, but if an appointment can’t be scheduled, that’s a moot point.
