All the staff I encountered were highly professional, caring and informative. Advent is,and outstanding healthcare facility.
The stay was horrible and the nurses/aids never helped me with the bathroom. I was never asked if I wanted breakfast. The whole experience was just terrible. No empathy whatsoever!
Beyond disappointed in this hospital. The massive amount of rude employees makes me think it must be a prerequisite to work there. Lack of care for privacy and dignity also. Shocked to see even in PCU you share a room. Guess HIPPA went right out the window and sharing germs is not a concern. No private room anywhere it appears. Run from this hospital. Have never seen such dysfunction and lack of professionalism. No waiting rooms or consult rooms for privacy either. This hospital needs to be shut down! What a disgrace to the ... read more
