Really great staff who are professional and caring!
Excellent organization, always on time and ready to help! Very pleasant and caring too…just great! Physical therapy(P/T) and Occupational Therapy(O/T) were also great too, especially the nurses! I would like to note the names of some noteworthy staff…a big shout out to: Joseph, Marieka, Sonya, Rosemary, Deborah, Keara, Natasha in the office, and I hope that I didn’t miss anybody, it wasn’t intentional, so please understand! Thanks to you all, and have a Blessed Day! 😎😎😎
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had back surgery April 27. Was supposed to have a home health nurse the very next day. No show no call. Then I was to have 6 home PT sessions before going back to my surgeon on May 11. I had only 3. I was under the impression that we had a set schedule made when the first therapist came the day after surgery. Schedule never just a joke. I've been doing my own exercises so that I can get well. This place is absolutely horrible. My dad is incredibly ill and they not only no-showed on him for 2 days in a row, but then called out sick and no one told us, or filled in!!! After we called, the woman who answered the phone basically said that if we weren’t happy, then they wouldn’t come at all. This is ABUSE OF THE SICK. This company should be dissolved.
Shawn Jones did an outstanding job while visiting me for my home health care needs. I highly recommend her and would love for her to visit more.
