Worst nursing care around. Absolutely no communication. No shows.no calls.and hope you don't need them on a weekend cause there not available. Choose someone else.
Very unsatisfactory service. Their policy is to have the OT or PT call you a day before to see what time your are available for them to visit. They have no consideration of your time or needs. Scheduling is based on what they set for You. All visits are not in home, they do “phone call visits” - explain how the nurse can take my BP, oxygen level and see if my swelling is down from the fracture, etc over the phone. Don’t use this Company advent home care as not sure if they are really a legit company. One person that come out is a Filipino who seems to know how to wrap a leg but never showed he worked for this so called company. He also not once had me sign my name that he was even here. Beware who you let in your home that doesn’t provide their identification. I’m all believe this company doesn’t really exist.

From the office staff to the clinicians in the field everyone at this agency treats their patient’s with respect, dignity, an care. The staff does not just see this as a job but as a passion.
