Not to minimize the magnitude of genuine Goodness here... There aren't enough words to say what a magnificent, gracious hospital this is. (The people that work here combine to make the most outstanding mosaic of sheer talent, compassion and excellence that I have ever seen in a workplace). Ok, even Vegans can get sick if they get bitten by a nasty little bug that wants to hurt them. Unfortunately, when that happens, you can't actually live at ADVENT HEALTH forever (unless your forever is very short, which also *can* happen! 🤕)... If I could give zero stars I would, I will never deal with advent health ever again. Horrible customer service, no one does what they say they will do for you. Patient care is out the window, it’s all about paperwork. Do yourself a favor and go to a different clinic.
I am absolutely livid with Advent Health. I saw my provider 4 months ago (who I'd seen for years) to get my medications taken care of before I move out of state. After more than a week of trying to get a refill and no one responding to my voicemail or MyChart messages, I was told I need to establish with a new PCP where I am moving. WHY can't I get a refill? I'm still a Florida resident and am currently IN FLORIDA. When I pressed with options all the staff did was copy and paste previous messages in MyChart. Zero care, zero ... read more
Absolutely ridiculous,,went back,nuese took vitals and info,over an hour later,I opened door,no one around,I found a nurse told her who I was,apparently I was forgotten about, I think if I would have stayed overnight, they would have charged me with B & E
