I’ve been bringing my kids to Sebring Pediatrics for over 20 years, and the doctors have always been great — caring, professional, and attentive. However, since the change in front desk staff (Stephanie or Shay), the customer service has really gone downhill. I’ve been waiting for a refund since February 2025. I’ve contacted the doctor’s office multiple times by phone and email. They confirmed that the money is owed, but they still haven’t processed the refund.
The doctor took the time to get to know me to find out about my medical thanks doctor that meant a whole lot to me I look forward to my next appointment
Our visit with Dr. Lopez was great from scheduling the appointment, the office staff, and the facility (clean and organized). Dr. Lopez spent a full hour with us, she listened to our concerns and was very informative, she answered all questions, she was friendly and personable. I am ver confident in the treament my husband will receive here.

I had an absolute terrible experience at the doctor office and i feel compelled to share it so others don't go through what i did. From the start she was unprofessional and dismissive, she didn't ask me about my health concerns or even attempt to have a proper conversation about what i've been experiencing. instead she wasted time on idle chatter and ask irrelevant personal questions. as a primary care doctor she was supposed to provide me with compassionate care but instead she body-shamed me in a way that was cruel and unn... read more
Upon my first visit he talked to me for 10 minutes and prescribed me some heavy duty medication. He pushes therapy hard, I felt it wasn’t necessary considering what I went there. My subsequent visits with him lasted about 30 seconds. He would not answer any questionsand referred me to my therapist.
Dr Parente is extremely detailed and knowegible He will spend as much time to make sure you know your health concern. The most caring and qualified doctorI have seen.
