This is extremely long, but I encourage every expecting mother to read it entirely before deciding to deliver here! My two angels were the only reason I gave three stars and not one. I delivered my baby here and was sent home 3x while in active labor. This is entirely about the Insurance Billing department. Full disclosure: I came into the hospital for elective PREPAY (over $16K) cosmetic surgery and was set to have surgery and go home same day. I signed a paper that said if my insurance company doesn’t pay for my hernia repair then I would have to pay $345 also there is a $650 charge if as a prepay patient I have to stay overnight. I had an amazing experience and successful vbac (08/03/2025). The nurses and doctor were so supportive 🥹. It really healed me from my first birth experience. I still think about it.
