Claire was amazing, she went above and beyond to get me well. HIGHLY recommended her and this Walgreens.
Had an appt and called to cancel ahead of time and reschedule for Friday at 1230. The phone rep asked me to hold while she rescheduled. I waited 22 min she never returned. Finally hung up assumed she cancelled. I get home there is a message I missed my appt. I called Friday am to schedule again scheduled for 250 since I never got the 1230 booked. I called at 256 stating I was a bit behind 5 min away. Arrived at the clinic as stated 301 signed into the kiosk..I had to try 6 times as it kept stating I had no appt . Noticed the... read more
Clare and Amy are really great, helpful and caring!
It was a very pleasant and helpful experience. The NP Clare was wonderful- thorough and thoughtful. She was honest and made me feel so much better than my primary care Doc. She was patient and took in all my concerns. I definitely felt like I was getting great care and a great experience.
I was very well taken care of by a knowledgeable, caring and sweet ARNP. Checking in was fast and easy. No wait. Exam room was extremely clean and everything was disinfected prior to my entrance. I was provided after care instructions and information on living a healthy lifestyle. I was even given a follow up phone call regarding some information about my insurance which I would call going above and beyond. I would definitely recommended this clinic for non emergency situations.
