I had a UTI. I went into your clinic expecting to pay out of pocket $89-$129 as per stated on the website. The doctor asked for my insurance card and told me that my insurance covered the visit. Shocked but happy I didn’t have to pay.I was asked a couple of questions and told to give a urine sample to verify I had a UTI. 5 minutes later she told me I did have a UTI and gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. I saw Linda Pappalardo, APRN for an urgent care visit for a sinus infection which needed antibiotics. She was wonderful and helpful. Quick visit and followed up by calling me 2 days later to see how the medicine was working on my illness. Very much appreciated!

The very same thing happened to me as Jenni. I went into the clinic and specifically asked the practioner if they took my insurance. She said yes, and took my copay and told me that would be all it would be. A month or so later, I received a bill from Florida Hospital group wanting $75 for each visit (I went twice for a sinus infection). I called my insurance and asked them about it, and they said they only partially cover the visits. Why would the practioner lie about that? Extremely frustrating.
