What a great experience! I received fast service and the Nurse Practisioner, Pam, was helpful and informative. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and they filled my prescription quickly too. I was skeptical in trying this clinic but so thankful I did!
I made an appointment for 915 am. Got here at 845 am. Girl here before me said she had an 11 am appointment and was trying to get seen earlier. I was asked when my appointment was by the physician and I told her. She stated no my appointment was 930am and seen the girl first at 915 am. Listen they oviously bumped me for what i consider a walk in. I clearly new my appointment was at 915am and made it the day before. Terrible thing to do lie to a paitent. I had a very pleasant experience here. The facility was very clean and I was seen promptly
They do not welcome walk ins. I arrived with cold/flu like symptoms hoping to rule out the flu. The doctor stopped me from signing in at 1:35pm to turn me away bc they were booked. There was no one waiting, no patients being seen. She was lightly dusting the area. I explained I had a new baby and had been looking all over for a clinic that took my insurance. She said sorry and continued dusting.
Horrible pharmacy staff. One in particular who rolled her eyes and treated everyone with an attitude.
