I came in to stay with a friend who was having a procedure in Cardiology. It was pouring and I was totally soaked. While I was waiting, a staff lady, Mayra, came by and I asked where the closest place was to buy coffee in the hospital because I was freezing. She was so sweet! She went back and brought me a heated blanket and then got me a cup of hot coffee!
