Terrible plan for 1000.00 a month ! Went for a physical at my doctors office last week they told me they no longer take my plan as of January 1st. I had to pay 144.00 out of pocket because they could not even find me a new doctor! Closest place was over 30 miles away A disgrace to pay 1000.00 a month and nothing or no one wants to take me Buyer beware!!
