Shame on this company for not clarifying to the public that this is not a "regular" hospital. I think a lot of people in the area rest assured thinking that there is a hospital nearby, not knowing that THIS IS NOT A "REAL" HOSPITAL!!!
The care is top level. The transport service is such a blessing. The drivers helped me get through this time. I’ll never forget their help during this difficult time
My son stayed at Connerton Health for 2½ months following a TBI injury. Overall, the staff was wonderful—they were caring and attentive. However, I found that you really need to be present and advocate for your loved one. The schedule for turning patients every two hours was not always consistent, which made it difficult for me to feel comfortable leaving my son's side for any length of time. The staff is compassionate and attentive, I have nothing but good things to say about them would highly recommend anyone come here for care the facility is it very clean and they gave great medical care. They took very good care of my husband. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I would give them five stars.
The medical care was great and that's the reason I gave any stars at all. The discharge planner LaTonya was a very poor coirdinator for our complex discharge. She rarely answered e-mails and phone calls to myself, my social worker or group home staff. My profoundly autistic son could not do his own discharge planning. LaTonya's failure to communicate resulted in a poor placement which resulted in another hospital stay. There were also no prescriptions in the discharge packet.
