My wife and I were working with a builder in Nocatee to build our new construction home and went under contract in September 2024. My wife is a realtor and the builder required us to put FHRM on the contract in order for her to get a commission. My wife decided to switch brokerages in November 2024 and join a team. Try to do one thing well. Not just everything mediocre. Horrible customer service. Was supposed to get a call about my lease renewal, Mickey didn't call, knock or ring the doorbell just taped the envelope to my door. Hopefully they can get a handle on the In between tenant and owner communications. Dude swore that things would be taken care of and then refuses to fix the things that needed to be fixed.
