**Owners Beware!** Do not hire Florida Homes Realty and Mortgage Property Management to manage your investment. I hired them at the end of August 2024 after receiving orders to the West Coast. Mickey found a tenant for my house, and they paid on time. However, Mickey failed to provide basic oversight of the lease agreement, as he did not monitor the property at all.
