Great Property Management and great Team. You are the best.
Stayed at Villa Coral Laguna in Sept of 2025 . (previous stay also ) it is such a beautiful home !! The best we have stayed at in Cape Coral ., Spacious , super clean , the lanai is amazing and we spend most of our time there just relaxing in hot tub and pool . The dock is also wonderful with their tiki hut for relaxing or fishing . Plenty of towels , beach towels , coolers for beach chairs for beach and plenty of pool floats . Working with Joyce and the team at Florida Homes Cape Coral has been a smooth and efficient experience. Joyce is organized, responsive, and communicates clearly, making project coordination seamless from start to finish. The company runs a tight ship—scheduling is prompt, expectations are clear, and they treat vendors with respect. It’s a pleasure partnering with a team that values professionalism and gets things done right.
Joyce is very responsive! Whenever we have an issue at our rental no matter what time she responds. The leasing agents are helpful and very responsive as well.
Slow response time. Poor communication skills and poor manners, specifically from Joyce. I reached out for 3 months in efforts to fix the lock at my home. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner reached out and said I need to be more patient and that work doesn’t happen over night. Overnight is equivalent to 3 months in their point of view. Definitely would not recommend as a user friendly service from this company.
