Nick McLellan is an experienced home inspector on the Space Coast of Brevard County. He is a native of the area and is familiar with the land, the home builders, and an expert on home building and maintenance. I have been working with Florida Home Inspectors for almost 10 years now. They have done home, condo, and apartment complex inspections for us. The service has been outstanding and this is my preferred home inspector because Nick M********, as a home builder, KNOWS construction and is able to explain to buyers or sellers issues found during a home inspection. His explanations have saved many a transaction because of his expert knowledge he has kept buyers or sellers from cancelling a contract because the issue was fully explained.
