John was professional, thorough, and meticulous in his work. Thanks to his detailed report, we saw a significant reduction in our insurance premiums, saving us a lot of money. Highly recommend! We’ve been in the same home for nearly 15 years and needed an update to our Wind Mitigation Inspection Report. The previous report had too many ‘unknown’ entries, causing insurance companies to assume the worst.
