Friendly, honest, professional service. Looking for an individual that will be detailed and look out for your interests, hire Mike. He was down to Earth. Searched for any and all permit issues prior to appointment and followed up with County when anything came up in question. Highly recommend this service and would gladly refer him to other buyers, sellers and/ or investors.

Mike inspected the Villa that we are possibly purchasing. He did a great joy routing out potential problems and evaluating the home's systems. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He also was gracious in checking out some o my concerns with the house. Highly recommended.

Mike was great to work with. He did a thorough inspection of the house and explained how things worked to me as he went along. He is very knowledgeable and knows how everything should work. He was very professional and helpful and he had a full report of the inspection sent to me in a couple of hours! Great service! I highly recommend him!

Mike has been a huge help! He's knowledgeable, thorough, and really professional. I've been looking at houses in St. Augustine for a while and it really puts my mind at ease to have someone so straight forward about what I'm getting into when buying a new home.
