This agency under the direction of Ms Joy the medicaid administrator committed fraud by switching my mom from dual enrollment to traditional medicaid without our permission. Ms Joy tried to bully me Sept 29 into switching on Sept 30 or my mom's nurse would be canceled I told her no I'm would not Imagine my surprise when my mom's speciist called and said her Medicare had been canceled. . Had an appointment with the psychiatrist and got told that our appointment was cancelled. Just to clarify, we called a day before our appointment to confirm that our appointment was not cancelled our rescheduled. That was the third appointment that was cancelled. Then I got told that my daughter’s issues were not that serious and that it would be okay if she just took her medicine.
