Called Florida Home said they would be here That afternoon no call i calle next morning came out said low on freon. Ok. Freon leak check $450. Take off panel never cinnect hoses oh there is the leak right there. Cha ching $450 you need a new valve total price $2200. Did I mention it is under warranty and the parts are free.,?

Stay away from this company. I’ve literally never written a review for anything, but these people have been so dishonest that I feel like I should write this. They installed an AC in my house that was defective. For two years, I asked them to fix it. Every month when I went to change my filters there was water on them. Every time I got someone to come to my house they told me that that was normal condensation, it wasn’t until I called Carrier and a second AC company that they told me to call them back.
