Called today for help with quitting smoking. The guy answered "Hello" and I asked where I had reached (thinking i may have mis-dialed) and he said why, who is this? I said this is Bob and I'm attempting to call a business. He said something unintelligible and hung up. I called back to figure out what was going on and left him a message explaining my reason for calling. No response. I have checked that the number was correct several times.
