My family and I are traveling on I10 and stopped at exit 142 (Pilot station) for fuel. While my husband pumped gas I went in to warn up a bottle for my baby. An officer standing by the door came into the gas station to help me heat the bottle up with hot water. I thanked him and went about getting additional items we needed for our trip. HT to the Florida Highway Patrol on Saturday, September 9th keeping the emergency shoulder lanes clear of car invaders and offering quick assistance to stranded motorists along North I-75 . It made a our exodus much smoother.
Extremely ashamed of the inhumane and careless attitude of a State Trooper at the Fort Drum plaza. After being in bumper to bumper traffic for over 7 hours, we arrive at the plaza attempting to use the restroom for myself, my daughter and husband. After my husband informs the officer that we only need to use the restroom, the officer said no, go use it at the next restroom 40 miles away.
