Where are you guys ??? I have lived in FL for a year and I HATE driving on your highways . I am 50 years old and have never experienced anything close to this in any other state : it is an absolute free for all out there, NO police presence . Reckless , dangerous , horrific. I have driven from Bradenton to Largo for three months and have yet to see a state trooper . This is 75 and 275. Seriously ??? Not a surprise at all that there are accidents constantly. Zero deterrent. Zero focus on safety . Horrible.

Trooper in marked unit, plate 1392 driving carelessly in SR62 by the Peace River Power Plant towards IS 301. Tailgated two different drivers. Passed multiple times in excess of 70 mph in a 60 mph zone. Not the best example of following traffic laws. Hopefully this trooper won’t be a hypocrite and pull anybody over for doing those same infractions. Called dispatch, no road supervisor available. Shocking !!!!!

One of your state troopers license 0741 ran me off the road because I merged in front of them to get on the highway! Sorry to ruin your ego by MERGING in front of you to get on the highway. Maybe you should’ve slowed your speed down instead of speeding up as people are trying to MERGE over. Shouldn’t you be setting an example by slowing down, or getting over to let people on? No, you’d rather abuse your power.
