This company installed my intake air incorrectly. A filter is to be cleaned but the filter slides out and hits a 2x4 truss. This company wont fix the issue even thought they installed the system. Dont use them!!

Happy Customer! When your AC isn’t working properly the last thing you want to hear is you have to wait months for a part. That was what another company said. So I contacted Florida Heat & Air upon the recommendation of Leigh Cloud from Builders Care. Their company generously helps the non-profit and she was impressed with their service as well as their commitment to our community. Florida Heat and Air is a great company. They did my initial install about 10 years ago and have been doing my bi-annual maintance for sometime now. For a short while I used a different less expensive company (no longer in busses) for this maintance service but I can assure anyone reading this that the other company didnt clean or check half of what Florida Heat and Air includes in their V.I.P service check up! A wonderful experience from start to finish. They were professional, not pushy and honest about what I needed and did not need. DJ and Jake went above and beyond making sure we were happy. They treated us like family. I highly recommend them.
