I had a phone appointment for a consultation and the attorney never kept the appointment. Didn't cancel. Didn't reschedule. I emailed the office and no one replied to the email. First impressions matter.
I am glad some customers actually received helpful services from this law firm. My brief encounter, however, was quite the opposite. Customer service was not a pleasant experience to say the least. Unfortunately, I had to take my business elsewhere.
This is the worst Law Firm I have dealt with. As a physician, getting things completed in a timely manner is what is expected. It took 5 months to get a contract for NP's who would be starting and still has not been completed. Most lawyers have a pre-completed template for contracting (would assume a healthcare law firm would have had this done) and made minor changes. These minor changes, have taken more the 5 months to complete and still aren't finished. The attorney called back roughly 3 times, was charged all three times... read more
