Compared to shutters installed on some of my neighbors houses by a popular storm shutter company, I like the shutters installed on my house yesterday better. Specifically, I like the locking mechanism better and the mechanism for holding the shutters to keep them from rattling better. Justin, the owner and only sales person, was very good to deal with. We recently purchased an aluminum roll down shutter for our front door. My neighbor used Florida Harbour Storm Protection 3 years ago and said they were very happy with their front door shutter and the service they received so we called Justin (who is the owner) for an estimate. Before I hired Florida Harbour, I read a lot of their reviews. I must say all the talk about under promising over delivering was spot on. They did so on all facets. They were timely with everything. They would call to set up installations and inspections. They were able to install the “curtains” and the motorized drop down shutters in one day. The installers were great, giving me insight on how to prevent any mishaps down the line. I am so happy with the outcome, it was absolutely marvelous!
