Extremely disappointed with Florida Grown Lawn and Ornamental. I would strongly recommend considering other options. Please read the negative reviews prior to proceeding. I was genuinely excited to work with this company and was happy to pay $100 for the owner, Russ, to come out and evaluate my property because I was looking for a long-term lawn care company and liked the idea of supporting a family-owned business. Excellent company with phenomenal service! Russ, the owner, is professional, reliable, and truly takes great care of my property. My lawn always looks well maintained, and my flowers and trees are healthy and vibrant. They are also very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Russ and his team to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality lawn and landscaping services!
used this company for quite a while, and I want to be fair; the quality of their lawn service was generally good. I never had any complaints about the work itself. My issue is with their pricing and business practices. Even a couple of years ago, I felt their prices had become too high, which is why I canceled my regular service. I just called Florida Home Grown Lawn & Ornamental today and decided to move forward with their service. This will be my third lawn care company, but after speaking with Jenny, I’m already really looking forward to working with them. Her kindness and willingness to take the time to listen really stood out to me. Knowing that Florida Home Grown is a family-owned business and that they’re true, Florida-grown Floridians makes me even more excited to support them and, hopefully, finally get my backyard looking the way it should!
Our lawn could not look better! We had grubs and weeds overtaking our lawn and in just a few months we now are envied for our lawn! This company is reliable, transparent, and great great value for the cost!!
