Having used other gate repair companies, I can honestly say that Florida Gate Masters did exactly what they promised. Kept me up to date on the arrival time of the technician, and fixed my problems professionally, explaining everything they implemented. Our technician Chris W. was extremely knowledgeable, and exceeded expectations by cleaning the area in and around my gate opener, after throughly testing the repaired unit. If proper diagnosis and restored functionality is what you need, I highly recommend FGM.
This company is awesome and our experience with them the same! Quality people, quality service and quality work at affordable prices. We had a terrible contractor experience and bad experiences with other gate companies until we found Florida Gate Masters and I wouldn't trust anyone else now. They have had to do a lot of work to ensure our gate is in compliance with current safety standards and is functioning properly and we feel so relived to have found them!!
Chris gave notice 15 minutes ahead of time, found the problem and fixed it all within the first hour! That too under the sweltering July Tampa heat. Still took time to add safety features so that the problem won’t happen again. I recommend them for all gate operator issues. - Samy.
Florida Gate Masters was incredibly helpful with replacing the electronics of my driveway gate. Would highly recommend them. Justin & Joe did a great job installing.
When Chris installed my gate, it was raining so hard. No one should’ve been outside. He set my gate up. Perfect. That was a year ago. This trip he came for the batteries to be replaced. Super nice guy
