Insufferable office staff.. the level of rudeness by the woman on the phone & in the office is beyond comprehension! She clearly is in the wrong profession or needs to retire.. I would never subject my husband to dealing with her at that office again

The lady that answered the phone was so impatient and even breathed hard on the phone when asked to give me a second to look for the information. Not the type of service I want to deal with at a doctors office or anywhere. I will find a new doctor.

Dr Gach’s office staff are the worst regarding appointments. We used him for a long period of time until he made multiple mistakes on medicines he prescribed 3 times. So we switched when his firm broke up. After three years my parents deceived to go back. Once again appointment mistakes and Dr Gach shows no caring for his patients only his lousy staff. So bye bye for good Dr Gach. Folks remember there is a reason why on Doctors Offices they are called Practitioner’s. ( Dr’s like Dr Gach are practicing on you. If that makes y... read more
