We purchased a forklift from Discount Forklift in late 2024, and although just about everything that could have gone wrong with the order has gone wrong, the DF Team had been communicative with us and are working to resolve all the issues. Shawn Miller an Cristina Machado have been responsive and are putting effort into fixing everything that we identified as being unacceptable. We still have a few items on the punch-list to work through, and will post a follow-up once we reach the end of the process.
Kenny and crew are nothing but FANTASTIC!!!! I highly recommend this company! Florida Forklift will be my go to for all my service from now on!!!
