My friend referred me to Lisa and said she was great, so I called to make an appointment. I rescheduled my own patients at my job to make this appointment only to find out that my plan was not accepted when I told them the information of my plan over the phone and nothing was said. All indications from the staff were that the plan was active and accepted there. I was referred to Florida Foot and Ankle Group by my husband who sees Dr. Cindy Watson. My 80 year old mother saw Dr. Roth this morning for a toenail clipping/pedicure. Carine at the front desk, Mary the doctor's assistant and Dr. Roth were fabulous!!! They all made me, and especially my very nervous mother feel extremely comfortable. Only after I took time off work and paid my co-pay did I learn that Dr. Cindy Watson has a strict policy of only performing ingrown toenail surgery on one toe per visit, no matter what. She also will not file your insurance claim. Patients have to pay upfront and then file their own insurance paperwork. This is true for insurance plans in which she is a covered provider.
