I really do not know how there are good reviews here. To say I was left traumatized with a fear of podiatrists is no exaggeration. Go somewhere else. I thankfully found another provider who was very patient and sensitive to my past experience here.
I was sent here for an appointment (on 10/31) by VA Community Care for a service connected disability. I received a prescription for an orthotic. This was handed to me, but not sent to the VA Community Care who set up the appointment. After not hearing anything from the VA about scheduling the orthotic, I was told they needed the prescription and RS (VA forms, along visit notes, etc) faxed to them from Dr. Matey’s office.
