Easiest and best experience i've had with a flat fee MLS service!
Did not get as far as using the service because I paid twice and did not receive an email for the next steps so I messaged customer service and the actual owner Jack called me super rudely and agitated like what do you want?! I was in disbelief that this was the customer service!! Customer service is the easy part just be a decent person people are paying you for it!

Brokerless is a great Flat listing platform, they are fast and they have great communication and customer service. They are quick and have your listing up and running in less than 24 hours. Definitely recommend their services for any flat listing services! We list more than 5 properties a month with them and dont plan on using any other platforms .
