    Florida Federated Realty is a scam. Stay away from this company. Florida Federated Realty will take your entire security deposit and never refund it once your rental agreement is up at their rental properties. If you leave the rental property in excellent condition once your rental agreement is up, Florida Federated Realty will make up lies and false repair stories in order to keep your entire security deposit. Florida Federated Realty wants you to take them to court and fight for what is rightfully yours. Most of the residential and commercial properties managed by Florida Federated Realty and owned by their investor clients are old, rundown, outdated, foreclosed junk. Some of their properties have been remodeled at the expense of the tenants in which Florida Federated Realty stole security deposits from. Florida Federated Realty is a struggling, broke, unprofessional property management company who will rob its tenants of their security deposits in order to stay in business. Florida Federated Realty does not care about its tenants. Florida Federated Realty is a bogus, lying, cheating scammer company. Stay away from their owners James S. Baker, Nanette Nan Englishbee, Harry Englishbee, Natalie Englishbee, Maria Carland, Anthony Sukhram, Danny Vongkomjan, and any other people claiming to represent Florida Federated Realty. This is a true review based on experience from dealing with these crooks.

    Harsh lease requirements / no advertising of property / lies / low class – My visits to the office always give me an earful of "bar talk". They're not respectful to renters and speak harshly when I speak to them or via email. Walk in their office and tell me your impression. I had the house inspected for a lease re-sign, which I'm not going to do, and the lady was pushy and rude. She came early, I was just out of the shower and she kept banging on the door impatiently, then tried to push past me to get in. I told her she was pushy and rude. Again, no respect for the renters. I'm wondering how much of my deposit they'll find a way to keep even though house is in GREAT shape. I only had a few days to find a place before leaving the country and couldn't be too picky. I was told no one ever lived in this house before - not true. I received mail for previous tenants or owners, there was obvious wear and tear in several rooms. They are so disorganized - it seems they lose information or just rely on their own memory. The house was filled with insects when I moved in even though there was an exterminator receipt on the counter for a "recent visit". They don't advertise their properties because they don't want the neighbors to know the house is a rental, but there are MANY rentals in this community and that's why this house was empty for so long. I drove by it several times before renting it and it looked empty, but there was no info. to pursue it. I found it online. My lease states I have to do my own re-painting on move out, nail hole filling and they charge outrageous late fees on rent - even if it's 1 day - they make their $ on charges. Even if the house is move-in ready when I move out, they'll still take out $150 from my deposit for cleaning. I will say they are good at fixing things when a request is made. I won't rent from them again. I respect myself too much.
