Wonderful family owned & operated company! I have been renting from this company for over 10 years now. All maintenance has been taken care of in a reasonable timeframe. They always respond to correspondence. They truly care about their tenants compared to other companies.
Awesome company to work with! Great response time & very professional.
Very shady practices. Would not replace old gross carpet without raising the rent. Terrible at getting back to residents and VERY rude to paying tenants. Also charged renters to replace/fix anything.
