Run!! Last week we had a closing at Florida Family Title not a good experience at all! They were not prepared so in turn it delayed things by days. The delay cost not only additional days off work for both myself and wife but also pushed the closing to the next month so it cost more money out of pocket! If you have a choice do not do business with Florida Family Title, with all the delays Amy(owner) offered no discount.
Understanding "Closing" I never had any idea on what "closing" is. Good thing the people from Florida Family Title were very patient on explaining to me the in's and out's of "closing".
