I had a very frustrating experience with this practice. I was told over a month ago that the location was closing, so I had to start looking for a new primary care doctor and rework my upcoming appointments. However, the office still appears to be open and operating, which has been very confusing and concerning. There was also a lack of communication regarding changes in providers. I came to apply for food stamps and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The lady working at the office was extremely rude and unprofessional also she is very recess . She did not provide clear information and was not helpful at all. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the visit. I request that better training be provided to staff to treat people with respect and do their job properly
My experience has been different from all these other reviews. The reception staff have been friendly and helpful. Although I don't speak Spanish, they are patient with me and understand what I say. The 2 doctors I've seen have been caring and helpful. I have have 3 good experiences with them. And I'm also glad they didn't say I was "gordito."
My wife Jesus Del Carmen Rodriguez and me, we are very satisfied with the assistance Marlyn Valle, who always helps us in our appointments and medical needs. Thanks so much Marilyn we will miss you.
