Pésima la atención de la recepción párese que la clínica fuera de la recepcionista aunque los médicos son muy profesionales y amables les daña su imagen
The receptionist is rude. She has no people skills. Another employee that came up behind the receptionist was just as rude as a receptionist. I'm looking for a different place to go. Even the way they answer the phones is rude.
I wish I could give negative stars this place is the absolute worse! My mother was using them and nothing but issues any time they called and I had to deal with them they would just hang up on me! Extremely rude unprofessional no communication and NOBODY there is bilingual so anytime anyone called that wasn’t bilingual I got hung up on flat out, frustrating to deal with, my mother just passed away yesterday, just had a doctors appointment last week with them never once mentioning she had pneumonia and they have been non stop... read more
Sólo sé puede comparar con una pesadilla, a excepción de los médicos y enfermeras y enfermeros, todo lo que tenga que ver con lo administrativo,y personal,en el from desk tienen una mala comunicación con los pacientes, faltándoles el respeto y hasta burlarse de ellos; le recordamos cambiar los a todos por qué ya los pacientes en la sala de espera an comentado entre ellos cambiar de proveedor...!!!
