Terrible servicio en esta clínica. Mi mamá fue sospechosa de COVID. Cuando le hicieron la prueba y dio positivo literalmente la botaron del lugar. Le echaron spray por todo su cuerpo y la sacaron de la clínica. A partir de ahí saqué a toda mi familia de esa clínica.
Está Clinica sus secretarias o servicio al cliente son pésimas especialmente la Srta. Tatiana dijo que llegue fuera de hora cuando en una llamada telefónica dijeron que después de la hora de la cita te esperan 15 min y la Srta dijo que no que tenía que cambiar la cita cuando yo vengo manejando 1 hora. Mientras que sus compañera hicieron lo posible para que me atendieran. A veces la empatía de estas niñas se les queda en la casa.
I’ve been treated poorly by the receptionists here so many times I can’t even count they are even worse to my husband who only speaks English. They move my appointments before even asking and now when I’m trying to change my sons pcp they aren’t willing to give me his medical information. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Horrible customer service, very unprofessional. If you don’t speak Spanish you’re not welcomed. Rude office staff. Can never get ahold of ANYONE in office without showing up in person. LITERALLY THE WORST MEDICAL CENTER IN TAMPA.
