Terrible - receptionist was from a foreign nation and had trouble understanding any inquiry unable to answer a basic inquiry on progressive frames / lens availability. How much money does owner need to hire clearly people not in this field or even with English as a first language ? They got a 1 star only because they have a nice building , but unfortunately its all glitz without any substance of quality. Do your self a favor and seek quality service elsewhere

Several years ago I was a patient at Barnhorst Eye Specialists when I lived in Nocatee. When I moved down to Palm Coast I didn’t want to make the long drive, so I tried several local eye doctors. NO ONE compares to Dr Barnhorst and his amazing team - they are absolute experts in their field! I would drive twice the distance if I had to! I started checking into cataract surgery.
