need to reschedule an appointment. called office, pressed the option to leave a message. got a busy signal. called back, spent 20 minutes listening to music, then the phone rang. 25 rings later, I hung up. called back, pressed option to pay a bill. that phone is ALWAYS staffed! was courteous and apologetic, says they are understaffed but someone will call today. We'll see. forget rescheduling, I'm going to cancel and find someplace with better customer service.
RecommendedI see Dr. Noble. This was my 3rd year. I love seeing her, but I think the office books appointments too close. I was in and out in 90 minutes, better than the almost 3 hours it took the previous 2 years.
RecommendedWe are currently waiting at the Altamonte surgery center, why show up on time at 11:05, if after a 2 hour wait the patient has still not been called back to be dilated? EVERYONE S time is valuable.
