Took mom for her yearly eye appointment yesterday... She has been going here for years, the past couple of years the front entrance has not been what it has been. Mom does not have an update ID (I get she should, but she does not and everyone has been accommodating her with what she has). Yesterday the girl was very rude and unprofessional about it. Recommendedthe staff and doctors are terrific. The selection of eyewear for insurance coverage is minimal at best and styles are horrific. I will never come here again. The cost for transition lenses is twice what my other eye clinics charge. So. no thanks.

This place sucks. Doesnt kbow how to work with insurance and then tries to chg monies to patients when there oop is met. Get to know your insurance plans at when and what type pf referral is needed. I work for a big ons company for 33 years and you have no clue. good for the older people that don't understand and end up paying these Place lots of money when they don't need to
