Dr. Patina I like very much. I don't use the eye glass Boutique, as they call it. Don't like the people working there, never have, never will! I buy my own frames and go to Visionworks. Best service ever there and no extra hidden fee's.
Not very friendly, rushing you to pick your frames ,and pick up your glasses don't even fit you . very unpleasant and unprofessional
A terrible customer service experience is unfortunate. One of the staff in particular scowled me for using the Cigna app to show my Cigna card. She said I needed to have a physical copy of my card. I've never had this issue before. Please teach the staff how to use technology.
Always a pleasant experience. Wait times are a bit long, but he spends quality time with each patient, ensuring a thorough exam.
