Took mom for her yearly eye appointment yesterday... She has been going here for years, the past couple of years the front entrance has not been what it has been. Mom does not have an update ID (I get she should, but she does not and everyone has been accommodating her with what she has). Yesterday the girl was very rude and unprofessional about it. The wait time is ridiculous. They have no respect for people’s time. 2hrs on a second opinion referral is asinine.
Has the worst billing department Since February of this year 2018 I am trying to get a money back that I was charged on a visit in January and I have not yet received it. Also many patients that the drs and employees work fast that they can hardly give a good attention and the answers very quickly and short .
I just got a call from the clinic reminding me of appt.The lady didn't even let me talk cutting me off ok ok thank you .Every time I try to talk she cut me off.I think she needed coffe.Very bad customer service. Doctor are good.
THIS REVIEW IS NOT A REFLECTION OF THE DOCTORS AS I WAS UNABLE TO SEE ONE!!!! I just left there in tears. I have an issue with my eye. I got there for my appointment on time and there are 7 people ahead of me. HOW ARE THERE 7 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME??? I cannot stay. I can only be away from work so long.
