We visited this provider for a retina scan due to potential side effects of medication. Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we waited nearly a full hour in the lobby with no communication or apology from staff regarding the delay. I’m happy with the care I have received at Florida Eye Center. The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. I have Glaucoma and I always get all the tests necessary to make sure I’m doing well.
The care I received from Dr. Chelsey Shepos and her staff was exceptional. I have been struggling for years with dry eye and contact lens issues plus astigmatism. I had my prescription changed countless times and tried more brands than I can count. I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and I flew to Florida to see Dr Shepos because I had heard she specialized in contact lenses.
