Very nice front office staff and phone receptionists that actually answer the phones.
Unfortunately, they are not accepting new patients. Maybe in the future.
We visited this provider for a retina scan due to potential side effects of medication. Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we waited nearly a full hour in the lobby with no communication or apology from staff regarding the delay. During this time, a young short male technician with a beard—visible through an open door—was frequently on his cellphone. This lack of professionalism set the tone for the visit.
