Extremely disappointed in this place. The front desk gives attitude and is not up front with the fees that will be charged. The receptionist told me that the exam was $10 and if I wanted to check the back of the eye it was an additional $39. I declined and just wanted the standard eye exam. Fast forward to check out and my payment was $228 WHAT?? They charged me for a contact lens fitting fee, which I was told nothing about. What exactly did they do to justify the $179?? After being a loyal patient for years, I was shocked to be told I now have to pay a 2.5% surcharge just to use a credit card. In today’s world, charging patients extra to pay a medical bill is frustrating and feels like a pure cash grab. Healthcare is expensive enough already. This policy is the reason I will no longer be returning, and I would encourage others to ask about fees before committing to this office.
Nice place and great doctors! I love all the amazing tests that they do on my eyes!
