UPDATE: Your 3 star review dropped to a 1 thanks to your response. Either you had the time to check and respond to reviews on Google, or you used AI to address legit issues . . . Either way: poor choice. The good: had a great exam that corrected an RX from another provider and the specs I purchased (3 pair) from my prior interaction were spot on. I am a patient here and just recently had my annual appointment and was given trial contacts and told to call to order. Well I called on Saturday and today but apparently they are closed this week with absolutely ZERO warning to patients or communication. I am out of contacts and need them for a vacation and Bocaview staff is nowhere to be found with no prior warning. Will start looking for an alternative office moving forward. Dr Garcia is an excellent professional and very knowledgeable doctor, she is very caring and patient explaining everything. The staff has a great customer service and makes me feel very comfortable every time I walk in for my appointment. I absolutely will recommend you guys to all my friends and family.
