Everyone is super nice and helpful.
months prior to my scheduled appointment they asked to confirm my appt...I confirmed all prior announcements and the time given. The time scheduled for this appt. was for a 8:30 appointment, I know they don't open till 9:00 but was inclined to go by the time they wanted me to confirmed....I was at the office at 8:30 and for sure enough the place was closed....an employee informed me the place does not open till 9:00 she than went inside and told me that my appointment was scheduled for 10:00.
