WORST COMPANY they have bad communication, apparently no one works there and are awful to their subcontractors don't trust them

They never answer the phone, don’t even try doing business with them.
I’m disappointed with my experience with this contracting company. The repairs they completed were faulty, and despite multiple attempts to have the issues corrected, they have refused to take responsibility or honor their work. Communication has been poor, and follow-up promises were not kept. I expected professional accountability, but instead I was left with the same problems and no resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reliable repairs or customer service.
On October 9, 2024, our home was seriously damaged by a tornado. Our insurance company suggested a program, Contractor Connection, that they partnered with. The idea is that a contractor would be assigned to act as a project manager and an intermediary with the insurance carrier.
