Great place professional staff clean environment
Dalal is always wonderful, she’s knowledgeable and efficient with giving my allergy shots. The entire process was smooth, and the level of attention and care I received really stood out. If you’re looking for someone who is thorough, patient, and highly skilled, I would absolutely recommend Dalal and the team at Florida ENT.
Parking was very difficult. And they said they couldn't do the test even though I was on time. They said the doctor had to leave early but the doctor said he didn't need to leave early. I asked about the test again and they still denied me and I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Additionally, no one cared. The attitude was very disappointing.
This review is for the allergy shot department of Florida ENT. I have been getting allergy shots for about a year now and the staff is courteous and speedy. Dalal, who has been administering the majority of my shots during the time is phenomenal. She is kind, understanding, and above all - she genuinely cares about her patients. It’s never fun getting shots, but her attitude and dedication to her patients makes it so much better.
