Dr. Baines and staff are phenomenal!
Staff exceeded expectations with exceptional service. Zero waiting time at the office. The procedure, while not painless, was performed successfully. Doctors provided clear and thorough explanations. Note: appointment was rescheduled 48 hours in advance due to audiometrist unavailability, but promptly relocated to an good timeslot the following day.
