Very shady business practices with this group. I had the same experience as several of the posts. Never received a bill, then they sent it to Collections. It was for a date of service in 2021 and I just learned of it this week when I ran a credit report. Contacted this company to resolve and they said "there is nothing we can do" (at this point). Claimed I went to visit them last year when I never saw ann emergency room/ urgent care/ any doctor since 2022. Now I have a collections notice for them for $ 1800?!?!?! I’m dispiriting this and this BS. I have NEVER been here before or seen anyone since 2022.
I was never even treated and they sent me bills and turned me into a collections agency
Received many emails Saying I owe them money yet never been there. Scary!
