Investigate and hold your staff accountable for the racist cover up that happened at Hermann Memorial and the fact that a physician assistant was allowed to continue to work without any disciplinary action after racist audio and text messages were found. HR at TeamHealth covered up the incident and allowed him to continue to practice with no disciplinary action. I met my deductible. I showed this billing company that my insurance made a payment to them by mailing in my EOB. And yet STILL I have received a threat to send the balance to collections. Your customer service team is incredibly rude as well, and refused to admit that they had received a payment from my insurance even though it was clearly included in my statement. My insurance company confirmed it was paid. Totally dishonest company. Because of them, I will not go back to the facility they employ doctors at.
Hire a whole new team. Unfortunately, one of the worse and laziest recruiting company I ever dealt with.
if florida hospital give you a break on the bill, these peoples do not even care.if you have insurance they will cut all the bills down for the ins company but not for you, if homeless they do not even try to hard to helpn just get you out of the door with a great bill...
